Delta HS/EHS offers free, high quality child development services to income eligible families with children ages 4 months to 5 years old.

Delta Community Action Association, Inc. is a private, non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of executing, coordinating, and planning programs authorized by federal, state, and local entities to alleviate and attempt to eradicate poverty in Northeast Louisiana.
The Board of Directors and staff mission’s to mobilize federal, state and local resources to enrich the growth and development of children, family and communities with emphasis on the individual, children and families making life-choices which will build capacity and move them all toward self-sufficiency. In pursuit of this mission, Delta has partnered with community leaders and community partners to provide a wide range of social services to the low-income, elderly, and the disabled to assist families to transition from dependency to self-sufficiency.
